摘要

The mechanics model and the mathematical model of the side wear of a ceramic cutter are established through the experiment as well as the analysis of identification theory. The method of acquiring technological optimum parameters is found to reduce the side wear and the elastic deformation of the cutter. It provides engineers and technicians with the reference basis for the application of ceramic material in practical engineering.
