Water Regime Automatic Surveying System(WRASS) can be used for real-time collecting and transmitting and dealing with hydrological information , The main feature and indexed of the system are presented, the reliability of system and necessity of it establishing are analyzed. the result has been successfully applied to the construction of the reservoir
