The Intelligent Monitoring System Based on RS-485 Serial-bus

This paper mainly talks about Lv2 monitoring system of intelligence monitoring based-on RS-485 serial-bus. The monitoring equipments (SCM) of the system monitor and control the work state of each monitoring station(intelligence sensor).Considering the number and the over 100-meter distance of the monitoring points, we choose RS-485 serial-bus to achieve the connection between sensor and monitoring equipment, the RS-485 master-slave mode of application system is the Lv1 intelligence monitoring system, and intelligence sensor system controlled by SCM gather and transport the data ,and then process the data at the field, By choosing the PC as up-computer to make it form the Lv2 intelligence monitoring system. It also discuss the communication between master and slave and how to balance it.
