摘要

The estimation equation of the C,-parameter which can be applied to the case of slow load rise, i.e., (C_t)_r, is introduced. A new C_t estimation equation is derived, which reflects the effects of accumulated creep deformation during the loading period. Finite element analyses of several cases with various loading conditions were performed and results are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed C, estimation scheme. The general applicability of the equation is also discussed.
