摘要

A driver assistant system ( DAS) based on multi-sensor fusion is presented. First, the hardware and software of the vehicle system are introduced. Then some key driver assistant functions, such as vehicle detection and tracking, pedestrian detection and tracking, and collision avoidance are explicitly described. The experiment results have demonstrated the effectiveness of proposed system. Finally, some conclusions so far together with some future research areas are derived.
