An implementation of xtp transport protocol for the network simulator ns-2

The XTP (Xpress Transport Protocol) was designed for high speed networks and multimedia applications. It provides high-throughput and lowlatency. In this paper an implementation of XTP transport protocol for ns-2 network simulator is presented.
