摘要

In this paper an hybrid technique to model electromagnetic fields is large simulation domain will be presented. Based on mixing the differential FDTD technique and the integral solution of Maxwell's equations due to Kirchhoff, such an hybrid method allows for a remarkable saving of memory in simulating the propagation and scattering of electromagnetic fields in large dimensions domains. The method can therefore be applied in simulating more realistic situations, such as the propagation and scattering of radio waves in a room, in a car or, under suitable simplifications, in open space.
