摘要

This paper studies on the relationships between advanced manufacturing technology (AMT) and human resource management (HRM) and organizational structure. Then an empirical study is performed on these relationships using the database of the International manufacturing strategy survey (IMSS). R is found that most factors of organizational structure and HRM arc significantly related to the application of AMT. Finally, this paper proposes a conceptual framework for the collaborative development among AMT, human resource and organization.
