Problems in blue eelectroluminescence

摘要

IN the frame of layered optimization and based on the pevious analysis, we investigated factors influencing the occurrence and brightness of blue emission such as intervalley scattering, ionization of excited centers, serial structure of layered optimization, role of CdS in providing primary electrons and influence of sulfur vacancies.
