摘要

Using the data of 2009-2010 from a Joint-stock Commercial Bank, this paper estimates the commercial bank electronic bank cost efficiency based on the stochastic frontier approach in the translog cost function. According to the empirical results of the study, we can see that the average value of service cost efficiency in commercial electronic bank is 0.735 and the standard deviation coefficient is 0.186. Cost efficiency is low and difference is bigger, which Indicates Chinese commercial electronic bank business development unbalance and prominent. The internal management and resource configuration still has bigger improvement.
