Valorization of Powdery Ferrous Wastes in the Context of Sustainable Development

摘要

Within the concept of sustainable development, the main steps to be taken in order to optimize environment-friendly steelmaking strategies are: low-pollution technologies, neutralizing technologies, modern de-pollution technologies and waste recycling ones. The simultaneous processing of powdery wastes with iron content and those with carbon content in order to obtain a product capable of being used at various stages of the technological flux has lead to the development of a procedure of obtaining a product called CARBOFER, in the form of micro-pellets.
