摘要

Development of coal and ore mining in future is bound up with application of new economic and ecologically good technologies instead of huge and expensive underground and opencast methods of mining disturbing natural systems. Method of hydraulic mining with boreholes (SGD) is one of such technologies, which may be successfully applied in mining of both coal deposits and ore deposits and titanium-magnetite, gold-bearing placers both on the shelf and under sea floor. Application of the mining method without presence of people eliminates accidents and therefore considerably improves safety of mining useful minerals. For example, in the period of 1990-1995 at JSC "Primorskugol" underground and open mines only more than four thousand accidents occured during mining operations.
