According to the practical research of Handan city's mining industry technology advance and economic developing strategy, the paper, on the basis of economics theories, deals with the relationships between mining industry economic development and vocational education of technology, aiming at pointing out the importance of vocational education of technology in the mining industry economic development. Taking GNP in mining industry of Handan city as output value, and both employment population and net assets value as capital value, the paper adopts statistics analysis, getting results: 0. 552 in capital output flexibility, 0. 448 in production output flexibility The increase speed rate of technology advance is 3.1%, based on 16. 9% the output increase rate of national economy, 30. 6% the average annual increase speed of investment amount, and -6. 8% the average annual increase speed of manpower in Handan mining industry system. Respectively, the contributive rate is 18. 3% of technology advance, 99. 7% of capital input, -18. 0% of manpower input, for the increase speed rate of the GNP. The contributive rate is 13% of technology advance, 87% of capital input, for the increase speed rate of the labor productivity. The capital input in Handan city mining industry system accounts for the large proportion in economic contribution and contribution growth rate of technology advance is much lower than that of developed countries and regions, showing a very heavy task in promoting technology advances in Handan city mining industry system. The total number of working staff tends to decrease annually. This research paper provides the references not only for policy-making departments in Handan city mining industry system, but for many other similar cities in China.
