Shattering Sensitivity of Soybean Genotypes Over the Seasons

摘要

Ten soybean varieties of diverse origin were assessed for their pod shattering performance on the seventh day after maturity in three different seasons. The study was able to identify the Soybean varieties viz., Bragg, JS-335 and Himso-1520 as fairly tolerant for pod shattering, which can be cultivated in the wide agro climatic conditions for sustainability of soybean production in India.
