摘要

Based on workpiece's material properties and operating conditions , a reasonable supposition was put forward for grinding temperature field by cup wheel, and a concise mathematical model was proposed on heat equilibrium-state in an arc moving heat source. With the help of the nonlinear finite element software (ANSYS 5.5), a 3-D finite element model of the temperature field for transient state was set up, and the internal temperature field distributions of rectangular work-piece were obtained. The calculating results reflected the thermal state of workpiece correctly.
