The Total Distributed Control System for New Dry Process Cement Kiln

摘要

This paper incorporates the application of the TDC-300 Total Distributed Control system for Shunchang cement plant of Fujian province, sets forth the basic methods for kiln system monitoring via computer, introduces the major component parts and functions of TDC-3000 and DPS 6/40 which is responsible for burden calculation and HP-1000 which is responsible for the fine tuning of the kiln. In the end, it illustrates several single loop automatic adjustment systems.
