A New Kind of Detecting Meter for the Level of Granular Materials

The autodetection of level process material in adverse envirement such as in the envirement of light granular material, solide block material, high viscous or dirty liquid is one of problems in the measurement of the level of process material at present. To solve the problem, effective ways are being studied. This article describes the operating principle and construction of a new kind of level sensor vibration decaying type lever sensor based on the relation between the vibration of the circular sheet and the level of the process material. It also analysis the advantages and the developing prospect of the sensor.
