摘要

This paper discusses the factors inslde private enterprises that influence the debt rates.Both the total liability ratio and the current liability ratio are analyzed through the provincial private industrial panel data.The empirical results show that debt rates are influenced by capital structure， revenue ratio.risk ratio，the tax rate,industrial output and the scale of the enterprise.And those factors have different impacts on the total liability ratio and the current liability ratio， respectively.
