The blasting excavation-induced disturbance has important influence on the occurrence, intensity and scale of rock burst. So the technology of rock-burst prevention and treatment based on controlled blasting is advised after studying the composition of blasting excavation disturbance under high geo-stress condition. The result indicated that the vibration induced by in-situ stress dynamic unloading during blasting could be an important component of the total vibration induced by the blasting excavation under a certain high geo-stress level. Thus two main rules are followed to control the blasting excavationinduced disturbance: controlling the disturbance resulted by blasting load and reducing the dynamic unloading disturbance,and finally achieves the goal of preventing rock burst. The technology of rock-burst prevention and treatment based on controlled blasting includes the stress-rescission blasting, optimization of boreholes arrangement and initiation network. These measures are proved to be available in the engineering practices given in the end of this paper.
