摘要

Regard Miyun reservoir and surrounding wetland in Beijing as research area, this article analyzed dynamic change of the miyun reservoir and the surrounding wetland during the period of 1987-2003 based on four periods of TM images data and spatial analysis function of GIS. The results showed that area of Miyun reservoir and wetland had increasing trend from 11960 ha in 1987 to 15130 ha in 1998, and increasing percentage of area was 26.5%; however, it happened a significant degradation trend that area of Miyun reservoir and wetland had been decreased, from 15130ha in 1998 to 6438ha in 2003, reduced 57. 4%, finally, according to Beijing climate data surrounding of Miyun reservoir and government policy on water use, it put forward protection countermeasures of Miyun reservoir and wetland.
