With nuclear power station scale enlarging and the quantity increasing , the requirement for uranium resources assumes an uptrend. Owing to the environment and economy think , the in-situ leaching uranium mining is used. Compared with traditional uranium mining methods , although the in-situ leaching uranium method is less pollution to environment , the effect of in-situ leaching on the atmosphere , soil supercrust , surface water , especially groundwater still can not be ignored. As the concepts of "green mine"and "harmonious mine"were put forward, the comprehensive treatment of groundwater pollution from in-situ leaching uranium is extremely urgent. This paper introduced the method of monitoring in-situ leaching uranium mine groundwater, based on the monitoring of groundwater quality and the bottom value of groundwater pollution control, this study found out the uranium mine acid leaching mining area groundwater pollutants of sulfate and nitrate pollution, determination of the current range,at last, provided the basic data for the groundwater remediation.
