Application of Fuzzy Synthesis Evaluation to Failure Statistics

摘要

In this paper, we evaluate the failure states that reveal in the reliability compliance test and are restricted by a various of complex factors by the way of Fuzzy synthesis evaluation. According to the failure effect level, we classify and grade to a failure and determine its classification. We can count every failure classifcation and take the count result as the basis to evaluate reliability of the item.
