摘要

This paper presents a reliability design method of machine parts in consideration of vibration, based on conventional vibration design methods. The method considers excitation force frequencies, natural frequencies and vibration responses of machine parts as random variables according to actual conditions. The reliability of vibration design is estimated by means of probabilistic design methods. Way for determining distribution parameters of design magnitudes are given together with reliability calculation models for avoiding or getting into resonance and limiting vibration responses as well as avoiding fluid flow induced vibration. Reliability design methods of rotors, blades bearings and casings of rotary machinery and vibration machinery as well as tubes of heat exchangers are elucidated accompanied by some practical examples.
