Intelligent system for the production of biodiesel

摘要

This work describes the control unit for the production of biodiesel from waste materials. This unit is based on programmable logic controller and provides temperature reactor control, dosing of feedstock and other materials, visualization to easy using and setting the parameters of the technological process. It was proposed to use in laboratory or small industrial production. The touch screen terminal can be connected to the control unit or this unit can use local network connection to control the production process. The process of desalting is proposing for the preparation of waste materials (fats from leather industry), it's based on ARM microcontroller from Cortex-M4 family.
