B2C e-commerce is becoming more widespread as more people come to the knowledge of its convenience and its ability to respond quickly to requests and like other products or services available. However, many electronic markets, especially in business-to-consumer, is essentially something like a search engine where buyers are looking for the best product in the database products offered by vendors. Usually such e-marketplace technology ever used agent representatives could significantly improve services for both buyers and sellers. In addition, negotiation skills are essential for systems B2C e-commerce. In automated negotiation, intelligent agents to engage in very similar processes to achieve the same result. More specifically, agents prepare bids for and evaluation of bids on behalf of the parties they represent, in order to gain maximum benefit for their users. But in the current situation is price the only criterion on which funds are made. This factor is easy to measure and automate. However, the criteria for advanced processing operations must be such giveback , dividends. In this paper we show more of the attributes of negotiation model for B2C e-commerce by deploying intelligent agents to facilitate autonomous and automatic on-line buying and selling through intelligent agents and provides rapid response to customers.
