The split share reform has been nearly completed and achieved initial success,while more problems has been rising also.We should observe the effectiveness of the split share structure reform in short-term and long-term on China's capital markets, and listed company and China's macro-economic.Whether the split share structure reform is reasonable through institutional innovations is most important,which need further empirical analysis.
