Setting up a resource-saving and environment-friendly society is one of the world's development trends. The article takes LK Company as an example to discuss the issue on Resource-conserving Production Systems. It takes the advantage of Resource-conserving Production Systems by using statistical data and improving the production process. Besides, it also complements by appropriate incentives to make the system run smoothly and be able to continue improving.
