Evaluation System for Water Using Efficiency Model

摘要

Rational utilization of water resources is a national research hot spot since water is a non-renewable resource. In this paper, we have done some researches on special and comprehensive utilization evaluating issues about provincial and municipal use of water resources, and set up entropy model for special evaluating of the use of water resources and analysis model for the principal component evaluation for the integrated use of water resources. At first, we got the statistical data and set up the entropy model to illustrate the effect of dispersion on the target systems. Then, we established a principal component analysis model against the character of this evaluation in involving a large amount of information. Finally, we did the special and comprehensive evaluation on the use of water resources in the major provinces and cities across the country respectively.
