摘要

A novel near-p type biomedical Ti alloy Ti-(1.5~4. 5) Zr-(0.5~5.5) Sn-(1.5-4.4) Mo-(23.5~26.5 ) Nb (TLM in short) were introduced. The process,microstructure and mechanical properties of TLM alloy materials of plates,rods,wires and tubes were studied. The processing character and influential effects,heat treatment and their related microstructure evolutions and the stress strain behavior and tensile deforming and fracture features were discussed. The results are shown that TLM alloy possess lower yielding stress and elastic modulus,higher elongation under solid solution heat treatment,whereas it possess finer matching of higher strength,ad equate elastic modulus,better plasticity and toughness resulted from dispersion and finer grain strengthening under aging treatment.
