摘要

This paper introduce the unbaked ceramic mold casting processes based on RP technology. As a typical multi-functional RP equipment, M-RPMS-II which puts the LOM technology and the FDM technology together has also introduced. The application limits of the lOM technology the the FDM technology are given. The processes and key technologies of the unbaked ceramic maold casting processes are analyzed in detail. The way that combines the unbaked ceramic mold casting processes with RP technology is given in the ways which produce large size metal dies rapidly, and it will be applied in large size automobile dies widely in the future.
