Plasma-spray Forming Ceramic Parts

摘要

The mechnaism of plasma-Spray Forming Ceramic Parts(PFCP) is discussed. The studies on the PFCP technique, including prototype manufacturing, prototype surface treating, plasma spraying, prototpye sepqrating, and the hardening treatment of the parts formed, are conducted systematically. Using the PFCY techique, the Al2O3.TiO2 ceramic parts are formed successfully. SOme fundamental techniques to the PFCP technology are reported.
