A set of equipment which includes the simulator of human dry heat loss and the circuit of regulation of simulator surface temperature, is designed to evaluate thermal comfort, and the stability of surface temperature and heat loss of the simulator are validated. It is indicated that it is linear correlation between the fall ratio of simulated skin temperature and skin wettedness through experiments on the basis of simulating human sweating simply. Combining the field studies of thermal comfort in Shanghai and Jiangsu, a mathematic model is put forward to predict human thermal sensation under sweating in high humidity climate.
