摘要

According to the preparation of new catalyst for SCR denitrification method and evaluation of denitrification performance, experimental study is investigated. The goal of these experiments was to study effect that CuO/γ-Al2O3 and different experimental conditions have on the removal efficiency. Catalyst is prepared by impregnation method and the preparation condition is determined by experimental observation. Then, the catalyst prepared is studied to investigate different impacts of the stability of catalyst, reaction temperature, NH3/NOX feed radio, space velocity, the SO2 concentration on nitrogen removal efficiency. The kinetic analysis is made by the relationship between nitrogen removal efficiency and residence time under different temperature. The results of experimental study and theoretical analysis provide necessary scientific basis to determine the parameters of DeNOx-SCR method.
