Research on CG-FA Resin Concrete Used Solid Waste Material Basing on Uniform Design

Basing on pollution problem caused mine area ecological condition that coal gangue and fly ash occupy lots of farm lands, and proceeding exploration of resource attribute to coal gangue discharged coal mine and fly ash discharged electricity generating station in Fuxin. Basing on controlling the properties of physics, chemistry and mechanic, to further develop the value of recycled utility, which use coal gangue breaked as aggregate and fly ash as fillers to sucessfully make the good property resin concrete. Under the incorporation quantity of coal gangue and fly ash as much to 85%, which make the resin concrete whose compressive strength is 46.68 Mpa, flexural strength is 12.27 Mpa, crack strength is 7.37 Mpa, and elastic modulus is 1.62×104MPa, and also has no water penetration under 20 Mpa. The result has a important reality guide to the three waste disposing of the old industry mine area, which also has good society, environment and economical value. The research applies uniform design, SPSS, Matlab, ANSYS, and carries electrolysis trough made CG-FA resin concrete structure design and finite element analysis.
