摘要

The two-way satellite time and frequency transfer (TWSTFT) is the one of the most accuracy remote time and frequency transfer technology in the world; it is also the main method to calculate the UTC. The major problem of the TWSTFT is the diurnal variation that the measurement changes with time in the clock difference. At last the paper will put forward a new method based on the Vondrak-Cepek algorithm to correct the diurnal and take experiment to prove the method. The result of experiment can verified that the method can reduce the diurnal effectively.
