The respirable dust quality can be obtained by measuring the oscillating frequency of the oscillating tube, which can realize respiratory dust monitoring combined with flow measurement. But the manufacturing process of the hollow cone tapered element stainless steel oscillating tube is complicated, and the finished product rate is low; the product quality dispersion is larger than the others. With the promotion of measuring accuracy demand, the optimize design of the hollow cone tapered element stainless steel oscillating tube is the urgent problems to be solved. This research is the hollow cone stainless steel construction optimization based on metal powder laser oscillation 3D printing technology. The test results show that the quality factor of the 3D stainless steel oscillation tube of metal powder laser print is improved and measurement accuracy has improved, and is conducive to the control of product quality.
