摘要

In this paper, we extend the intensity-dependent coupling of the interaction of two-level atoms and an electromagnetic field, originated by Sivakumar, to that of A-type atoms. In addition, we assume that the interaction occurs in a Kerr medium. In the present model we allow the A-type atom to interact with two quantized electromagnetic fields, one of which is initially coherent while the other one is not. We thus report the effect of such coupling and the medium on the collapse-revivals' of the photonic mean numbers.
