INTRODUCTIONThree dimensional optical waveguide which has magneto-optic effects is one of the most important components for integrated optics. It is very important to fabricate a channel optical isolator in future optical integrated circuits. Waveguide-type magneto-optic devices have been studied. Particularly slab waveguide has been analyzed.
