In order to classify the level of service (LOS) for urban rail transit station passages, the paper proposes a passengers' perception correction method based on Gaussian mixture model. Based on pedestrian average occupancy space as a standard of classification, a Gaussian mixture model is established based on the flow, density, and speed of the passenger flow, and a preliminary classification is performed. Then, based on the passenger perception design questionnaire, the classification threshold of the mathematical model is corrected. We use the actual passenger flow data of Guangzhou Metro to verify the model and compare it with the TCQSM (II). It verifies the practicability of the model.
