Energy Localization is the underlying energy transfer mechanism for all Biological Activity. A new thermodynamic description shows how super efficient catalysis can be accomplished. Carnot efficiency models do not apply. Inorganic energy conversion devices can be fabricated to mimic biological processes by processing at the nanoscale.
