摘要

Some novel room temperature molten thiocyanates were prepared by simple reaction of trialkyl amines with ammonium thiocyanate. The photoenergy conversion efficiency of the dye-sensitized solid-state solar cells made with CuI film as a hole transporting material was greatly improved by the addition of these thiocyanate salts. The best cell performance (Isc= 7.9 mAcm~(-2), Voc= 0.41 V, FF= 0.53, η= 1.8 %), was obtained with the addition of triethylammonium thiocyanate (4.5 mol%) to CuI.
