Global kinetic analysis of complex materials

摘要

Global kinetic models are reviewed, including 1~(st)-order, nth-order, and nucleation models as well as models having Gaussian, Weibull, and discrete activation energy distributions. Important characteristics of these various models are outlined, with guidance in how to select the correct model. Some model have similar characteristics, and the parameter relationships among similar models are discussed. Examples are shown for synthetic polymers, kerogens, and coal.
