Today's executives and professionals are facing increasing levels of change and the resulting stress, rnpsychological anxiety, and future shock. New technologies, expansions, downsizing, staff turnover, re-rnstructuring- all are having major impacts now and in the foreseeable future. Too often the response is a rn"management by crisis" approach rather than "leadership of change". This highly dynamic and rninteractive training session and workshop bridges organizational psychology and leadership by using a rnseries of illustrations that immediately and creatively draw out the images and understandings of rnchange as understood by all participants. The results include break-through connections that include rnuseful and practical approaches to more effectively managing and leading personal and organizational rnchange.
