Small business has been a focal point of corporate and academic organizations, and a continuing themernof numerous trade conferences and journals. There is a void, however, in current literature that centersrnon the performance quality of small business with respect to the dental community and specifically, howrnsmall business concepts and tools apply to the dental practitioners office. Our investigation targetedrndental offices and clinics in the United States and examined the role computer literacy and smallrnbusiness concepts played in their organization.
