摘要

The objective of this paper is to present the filtration and stress-strain processesrnmodelling during a dam and reservoir construction in a naturally loaded structure,rnusing the finite elements method. The analyzed region was modelled by a 3D finiternelements mesh, whereas the real geometry and the disposition of different geologicalrnenvironments were completely respected. The paper presents the developedrnmethodology which gives a very good evaluation of the structure global safety. Thisrnmethodology also enables a possibility of localization the critical zones for static andrnfiltration stability, as shown in the analysis of the Lopatnica dam in the Serbia.
