摘要

ECG signal processing and analysis for the on-line atrial fibrillation detection by remote monitoring systems of patient's heart rhythm under physical activity condition. In order to improve atrial fibrillation episodes diagnostics reliability methods and algorithms of alternant premature contractions and atrial flutter detection, reduction of electromyographic noise and artifacts of locomotor activity are developed. Algorithm of atrial fibrillation detection based on complexification of diagnostically significant parameters is suggested.
