摘要

In this paper there is the indication of possible technological parameters that can be employed in buildings project, without necessary being exhaustive but with the intent to give the general indications of a projecting methodology that in the next future will spread over and affirm. A particular attention will be given to energetic aspects, in particular to the energetic performance as it is defined in European directive 2002/91/EC and to the building energetic efficiency. Intension of this work is to give designers an easily applicable projecting methodology providing a mathematical tool to minimize total costs depending on lifetime and materials choose.
