The Electric Power System is driving force for society,rnindustry, economy stability. For small country likernRepublic of Macedonia, with low investments in powerrnplants and power greed at all, old equipment, old EnergyrnManagement System the fact is that system needs to bernupgraded, to be improved. New investments have to berndirected in system control, power substations and powerrnlines, in building new power plants or in revitalization ofrnthe existing one. Also consideration is made in integrationrnof new types of IT systems like agent technology or Webrnservices and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).rnThese new IC technology is usually exposed on differentrnkind of vulnerabilities, hackers attack, undeliveredrninformation, not enough experts in the field ofrninformation technology. Fault or uncertainty eventsrninfluence system stability, availability and reliability. So,rnnew technology research is oriented in finding newrnmethods, models for prediction the uncertainty events orrnfailures in order to increase system security.
