摘要

Subsea pipeline is critical artery that transport gas and oil production from the wellhead to onshore transportation.Due to various reasons such as fatigue corrosion, damaged by tsunami, unexpected mechanical forces, design flaws and unreasonable constructions and so on, the pipeline produces large range gross leaks.If the leakage points are so many or the locations of leakage points are not appropriate for clamp maintenance.The replacement of jumper can be used to repair the damaged pipeline.In this paper, an approach and procedures are presented that can be used to repair the large range pipeline leaks.The maintenance equipment and repair tools are introduced in this paper.The procedures of repair the large range pipeline leaks main consist of leak source detection, lowering lift frame, cutting damaged pipeline, lowering and installation jumper, the pressure test on overall pipeline.The result shows this approach can improve maintenance operation accuracy and make maintenance reliable.These theories have profound guiding significance for the maintenance of deep water subsea pipeline.
