THE ROAD TO SUCCESSFUL EMC DESIGN OF ZXMP S200

The ZXMP S200, an SDHbased multiservice node equipment, is compact and highlyintegrated with the height of only 1U. It provides almost all service interfaces, Integrated with so many interfaces, it presents a big challenge to EMC tests. However, the ZXMP S200 passed all EMS tests successfully without any additional measures, contributing to its board design and shielded structure. This article summarizes the EMC design experiences of the ZXMP S200. I would like to share these experiences and help others to improve the EMC design skills.
